Successful learners may use DipNEBOSH after their name. The qualification meets the academic requirements for IOSH membership at the appropriate grade and is recognised for IIRSM Member status (MIIRSM). Membership remains subject to each body’s application criteria; achieving the Diploma does not automatically confer chartered status.

The Diploma can also support progression to relevant postgraduate study, including MSc programmes.

NEBOSH has no mandatory qualification entry requirement for the Diploma, but Ligtas strongly recommends General Certificate-level knowledge.

The syllabus assumes this foundation, so assess your readiness before committing to an advanced course.

The course and assessments are in English. NEBOSH recommends an English standard equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher.
