Our Approach
Training built around your organisation
Our experts work in partnership with you to develop tailored or completely bespoke courses using our Consult-Train-Maintain approach. Together, we go beyond building knowledge to develop practical competencies and influence behaviour, helping keep your people safe in your unique working environment.
Consult - Understand your risks, tasks and training needs
Train - Deliver tailored content in the right format for your workforce
Maintain - Review the results to make sure learning is effective in your world
Tailored Courses
Customised content for your business
From inductions to specialist training
Whether you need in-house health and safety training for employee inductions or specialist courses on topics like DSEAR, we'll work with you to develop content around your requirements.
Bring your risks, tasks, policies and procedures into the learning, with bespoke photography and video to make training relevant to your people and working environment. We can also develop supporting materials including handbooks, course notes and assessments.
Delivered your way
Choose the delivery format that works for your team, or combine different approaches to create a blended programme:
eLearning | Virtual | Classroom | Blended
Whatever the format, we can build in quizzes, exercises, group work and knowledge checks to create an engaging learning experience.
Using a Learning Management System?
We can supply eLearning courses as SCORM files ready to upload to your platform, or deliver them through our Learning Management System.
