World Quality Day and World Quality Week
World Quality Day, observed on the second Thursday in November, is set to be celebrated this year on November 11, 2023. The theme for World Quality Day 2023 is 'Sustainability: Improving Our Products, People, and Planet.' It aims to emphasise the pivotal role of quality in sustainability, encompassing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns.
CQI 2023 World Quality Week (#WQW23) coincides with this annual celebration, and its theme is 'Quality: realising your competitive potential.' This theme reflects a focus on leveraging quality improvement principles and methods to help individuals and organisations unlock their competitive potential, drawing from best practices.
During this week-long event, we take the time to acknowledge the accomplishments of quality professionals, reflect on the successes and challenges of the past year, and exchange insights on ensuring quality across all aspects of our lives.
