Shaun is a strategic leader driven by a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer value. His extensive experience of the compliance industry and business transformation is underpinned by a proven track record of building an industry leading global brand to £80m. With expertise in leadership, strategy execution, operational improvement, and financial planning, Shaun has steered Ligtas through significant growth and innovation since the MBO in 2019.
At the heart of Shaun's leadership approach is a commitment to building a people and customer-focused culture. He believes that true success is measured not only by business growth but by the engagement and well-being of the team that drives it, alongside delivering ultimate customer value at optimum cost. With over a decade of experience in finance leadership roles, Alexis plays a crucial role in financial strategy, business planning, and operational stability at Ligtas. Her expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder management, ensuring that Ligtas continues to grow and deliver value to clients.

Jess brings over a decade of experience in brand strategy, sales leadership, and marketing transformation to her role as Commercial Director at Ligtas. Having supported the company’s rebrand from August 2024 and officially joining full-time in March 2025, Jess now leads the commercial function—uniting sales and marketing to drive growth, elevate customer engagement, and strengthen the Ligtas brand. With a proven track record in shaping high-performing teams and delivering people-first strategy, she ensures our commercial approach reflects the same care, clarity, and confidence that defines our consultancy services.

Tom leads our multidisciplinary technical teams, providing strategic direction across Fire, Water, Health and Safety, and Training. A Tier 3 Registered Fire Risk Assessor and BAFE Validator, he drives innovation, embeds best practice, and champions emerging technologies to enhance service delivery. With deep expertise and over 20 years industry experience in fire risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and fire prevention engineering, he ensures businesses remain compliant and protected.
Tom plays a key role in developing strategic partnerships, supports professional excellence across the business, and represents Ligtas at industry events to help shape sector standards.

Anthony is a highly qualified health and safety professional with over 25 years of experience delivering consultancy and training services across high-risk and highly regulated environments, including COMAH sites and complex commercial and residential estates. His career began as a Health and Safety Executive (HSE) Inspector, where he developed a robust understanding of enforcement and compliance. This experience underpins his expert approach to risk assessment, major hazard consulting, and strategic safety management.
As Head of Health & Safety at Ligtas, Anthony leads our national team of expert consultants, delivering strategic risk assessments, compliance audits, tailored safety consultancy and training. His work spans diverse sectors, ensuring clients meet regulatory standards and achieve safety excellence. Anthony also plays a pivotal role in shaping Ligtas’ service offering, maintaining industry accreditations, and driving the professional development of our consultancy team.
Anthony is a respected NEBOSH Trainer and Examiner for the National and International Diploma, demonstrating his commitment to advancing industry knowledge and best practices.
At Ligtas, Anthony champions a proactive approach to health and safety, empowering clients with the clarity and confidence they need to navigate complex safety regulations. His strategic leadership and deep industry expertise ensure Ligtas remains a trusted partner in safety beyond compliance.

Nicola is a highly skilled water safety and compliance specialist with extensive experience in Legionella risk management, compliance, and water safety strategy. As a full member of the Water Management Society (M.W.MSoc) and an Associate member of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (AIIRSM), Nicola leads Ligtas’ water safety and compliance services, ensuring the highest standards of risk management and regulatory adherence across diverse sectors.
Her deep expertise in water safety has been instrumental in supporting clients to achieve compliance and maintain the highest safety standards. Nicola’s approach is proactive and client-focused, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs, design tailored solutions, and drive continuous improvement in water safety management.

Andrew is a highly experienced health and safety professional with over 25 years of expertise in consultancy and training. A Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH), he has worked as a Health and Safety Advisor on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), as well as in consultancy roles for major blue-chip clients, including Rolls-Royce and Hitachi. His deep industry knowledge is complemented by his qualifications, which include the NEBOSH Diploma, Fire Risk Assessor certification (with distinction), and multiple NEBOSH certifications.
At Ligtas, Andrew leads the Training Services team, ensuring the highest standards in health and safety education. Under his leadership, Ligtas has been recognised as a NEBOSH Gold Learning Partner and an IOSH Outstanding Training Provider. Andrew is dedicated to delivering training that not only meets but exceeds industry expectations, equipping learners with the skills and confidence to manage risk effectively.
Andrew's consultative approach is a key differentiator, working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and design customised training packages that align with their objectives.
