Ligtas becomes an accredited Living Wage Employer

At Ligtas, we believe that doing the right thing for our people is not just a responsibility — it’s a reflection of who we are. That’s why we’re proud to announce that we are now an accredited Living Wage Employer.

This means that every member of our team is paid at least the Real Living Wage — the only UK wage rate based on the true cost of living. As of May 2025, this equates to £12.60 per hour across the UK and £13.85 in London, well above the government minimum.
