The Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025 introduce new duties for building owners, freeholders, and managing agents of residential properties in England. Coming into force in April 2026, these changes are designed to strengthen resident safety, especially for those who may need support during an emergency.
