Founded as National Britannia Group.
1994
Safety Management and Monitoring Services (SM&MS) established.
2007
National Britannia is acquired by Connaught PLC.
2013
National Britannia is acquired by Connaught PLC.
2013
Connaught Compliance evolves to Santia.
2015
SM&MS acquired by Santia.
2015
Alcumus acquires Santia.
2016
Alcumus integrates SM&MS and Santia’s HSE operations.
2019
A management buyout of Santia HSE leads to the formation of Ligtas Consultancy and Training Ltd, creating an independent, trusted leader in health and safety solutions.
