Complaints Procedure



Complaints procedure

In the event that a learner wishes to make a complaint about their course or the service which they have received, this can be made to Ligtas Ltd on 02922 800 000 or at training.admin@ligtas.co.uk.


Complaints will be logged with the Quality Manager and investigated appropriately, and an update will be provided within three working days.


If following the exhaustion of the complaints procedure, you remain dissatisfied please contact NEBOSH directly and where the relevant NEBOSH qualification is accredited by SQA Accreditation and assessed within the UK, they may seek regulatory advice from SQA Accreditation.
