Senior Marketing Manager - Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Identify target sectors and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels.
- Lead the execution of the marketing strategy from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration across teams.
- Ensure alignment and utilisation of marketing infrastructure, including the website, HubSpot, and other marketing tools, incorporating AI where beneficial.
2. Campaign Management and ROI:
- Create and manage marketing campaigns that align with company strategy, demonstrating clear ROI.
- Utilise analytics tools to maintain and conduct reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
- Implement and measure lead nurturing channels using HubSpot, LinkedIn, the website, and campaigns in collaboration with partners.
3. Content Creation and Brand Management:
- Develop and produce compelling marketing content, including blogs, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms, actively contributing to the development of the organisation's brand identity.
- Create communications and collateral that engage with all types of people, considering different learning styles (visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic).
4. Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support lead generation efforts, track lead performance, and optimise lead nurturing strategies.
5. Market Research and Event Coordination:
- Conduct market research to identify target industries, customer needs, and competitor activities, informing marketing strategies and content development.
- Assist in organising and promoting company events, webinars, and workshops to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
6. Analytics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement:
- Utilise various analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, assess website traffic, and generate reports on marketing KPIs and ROI.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by planning, developing, and refining approaches to achieve desired results, with a focus on measurement and optimisation.
7. Leadership and Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate leadership by being open, experimenting, collaborating, and expanding thinking to develop new insights and skills.
- Manage and grow Ligtas’ presence on social media platforms, engaging with followers, monitoring trends, and identifying opportunities for brand visibility.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the B2B sector.
- Proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns and demonstrating ROI.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including HubSpot, and experience in lead generation strategies.
Salary And Benefits
- Competitive Salary £38,000 to £60,000 per annum
- Choice of a company car, salary sacrifice scheme or car allowance (£6000)
