If you have a verifiable New Business Development track record within a Business-to-Business environment, ideally health and safety (property experience is an advantage) or other professional services; constantly hitting and exceeding targets, with the ability to understand and convert prospects’ needs into compelling arguments, delivering face to face/virtual presentations, and all other activities expected to the point of winning the business.

You must be a proven relationship builder, have a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic, with the ability to take a suspect list and move it through the sales process and turn them into long-term clients.

About us:

  • A leading UK wide consultancy with our team located across the UK
  • Thirty years’ experience providing expertise and robust governance

  • High service levels to clients, including access to real-time data and management reporting.

About you:

  • Have a proven New Business Development track record within a business-to-business environment, ideally consultancy or property. However, this is not essential
  • Have a sound knowledge of negotiation, selling techniques and sales tactics
  • Can produce well-presented and expertly argued responses to tender
  • Can use CRM and sales reporting
  • Have pricing strategy knowledge
  • Be both commercially and financially astute
  • A relationship builder and team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be self-driven, proactive, and keen to respond to challenges

  • Location: Homebased but expected to travel within the UK for meetings
