About Ligtas

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

In 2019, we created our CSR strategy. Its aim was to bring together and recognise the range of CSR activities we were already doing and to outline future commitments. We wanted to show how we’re contributing to sustainable development and adopting responsible behaviors that reflect our core values as a trusted health and safety business.

Part of that commitment is sponsorship and charitable giving. We actively support local sports teams and the communities in which we operate. So, we were delighted to be asked to be a sponsor of the Fleur De Lys football team.

Tom Webb, (bottom left row) was an original player at 6 years old.

The squad is the youngest in the Portsmouth leagues, being made up of 19/20-year-old players. The squad proudly has players in the armed forces, currently commencing university, at college, or in full-time employment.

The squad has been supported by Ligtas for the last 3 years, their sponsorship enabling the team to continue from youth to men’s
