Job Description

With over 30 years of experience in the consulting sector. Ligtas teams deliver online, and classroom training alongside customer focussed audits, risk assessments and general consultancy advice to enable safe environments for our clients across the UK.

Health and Safety Trainers

Due to increased demand for our services, Ligtas is looking for dedicated and knowledgeable Health and Safety Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting comprehensive health and safety training courses for our clients, ensuring that our clients are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain a safe working environment.

The Role

Ability to work flexibly within a dynamic environment and have experience in delivering IOSH and NEBOSH courses.

Chartered Membership of IOSH (CPD maintained) and PTLLS (or equivalent) is desirable.

The successful candidate will need to:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, regulations, and standards
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions by collecting feedback from participants and analysing data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other trainers and team members to share knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and course evaluations, providing regular reports to management as needed
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to maintain current knowledge and certifications in the health and safety field
